Your focus will be on complex, display-worthy models within our Adults franchises, that include playful aspects and unique functionalities for themes like LEGO Icons, LEGO Botanical Collection, and LEGO Creator Expert.

Core Responsibilities
As a LEGO Product Designer, you'll:

* Bring Ideas to Life: Use your design skills to create models that resonate with LEGO enthusiasts. From concept to shelf, you'll ensure every detail is magnificent.
* Understand the System: Your deep knowledge of the LEGO System in Play will guide you in making the most out of every brick.
* Collaborate and Innovate: Work with a diverse team of nearly 600 creatives. Our collaborative environment thrives on innovation and the joy of exploration.
* Maintain Playability: Ensure our products are not just visually stunning but also functional and engaging, interpreting Design Briefs with precision and creativity.

Do you have what it takes?

Design Expertise: A strong background in design, whether you’re a 3D artist, sculptor, character designer, an architect, or maybe automotive designer. Your unique insights will bring life to models such as vehicles, buildings, creatures, and characters that are loved by millions.

LEGO Experience: Understanding of the LEGO System in Play is essential: We’re looking for candidates with great functional skills (feeling comfortable with LEGO Technic is a bonus).
Knowledge of programs like Studio, Rhino or similar is a plus.

Passion and Attitude: A true love for the brick and a collaborative spirit. You’ll need the enthusiasm to inspire and be inspired by our community.

You’ll be partnering up with collaborators and colleagues cross teams to give maximum support to the right products across our Adults’ franchises.
