After 10 years spent in the Havas group as Account Manager and then New Business Manager, Caroline Darmon joined Publicis Conseil in 2003 as Consulting Director then Commercial Director. Within Publicis, she has handled numerous clients including France Télévisions, BNP Paribas, Engie, Biotherm (L'Oréal), Nescafé, Savencia, Groupe Seb, Dim ...
In 2016, Caroline was appointed CSR Director of Publicis Conseil, a job creation within the agency that has taken the CSR turn for some time. She created the CSR department around the "Positive Change Program" whose objective is to help our customers and the agency to "Lead the Positive Change".
A program that revolves around:
- our employees with 2 central axes, disability and well-being, developed around 3 themes (Positive People, Positive Workplace, Positive Agency)
- our clients with 3 types of support: Positive Business (advice on internal and external CSR policy, strategic support for communication and creative development), Positive Training (ad hoc training on CSR, awareness of engagement, etc.) and Positive Studies
- our internal and our clients : the creation of an Eco-communication process with a 1st best case for the launch of Garnier Bio
At the end of 2019, Caroline was appointed CSR Director of Publicis Groupe in France, where she is responsible for accelerating the Group's CSR engagement in France.
In addition, Caroline is VP of the AACC CSR commission with 2 favorite subjects Eco-communication/ Eco-production and the fight against sexist representations in advertising and also member of the CPP.
