What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
I’m honored to be part of the PHNX Jury, bringing expertise from both advertising and banking. I value creativity, strategy, and impact, ensuring bold, effective ideas get the recognition they deserve while inspiring the industry to push boundaries and innovate.
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
Creativity today goes beyond traditional advertising. I believe disciplines like AI-driven marketing, purpose-driven branding, and experiential storytelling deserve more recognition. Work that seamlessly blends technology, culture, and human insight to create meaningful impact should be celebrated, as it reflects the evolving nature of creativity in a rapidly changing world.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
Regions like the U.S., UK, and Brazil continue to lead in creativity with bold, culturally relevant work. Meanwhile, emerging markets like India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia are pushing boundaries with tech-driven storytelling and purpose-led creativity. Their fresh perspectives and rapid digital adoption make them ones to watch.
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
This year, creativity will be shaped by AI-powered personalization, purpose-driven branding, and immersive experiences. Consumers seek authenticity, so brands integrating cultural storytelling, sustainability, and community engagement will stand out. Additionally, the rise of interactive content like AR, VR, and gamification will redefine how audiences engage with brands in meaningful ways.
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that great ideas stand out when they’re clear, authentic, and meaningful. Don’t just showcase the work—show why it matters and the impact it created. Let the passion behind it shine, because the best ideas don’t just impress; they leave a lasting mark.
