Tim Pope

Tim Pope is famous for his unique and thought-provoking promotional music videos for artists and bands such as David Bowie, Talk Talk, Sioxsie & The Banshees, Soft Cell, The Style Council and others; however, he is perhaps best known for being The Cure’s almost exclusive director for a period of 17 years, with a whopping total of 21 music videos! In 2004 Pope was awarded the prestigious ‘Outstanding Contribution Award’ at the CADS Music Vision awards, adding to his sumptuous list of other awards.

Pope has also directed commercial campaigns for Coca Cola, Renault, Tuborg, BBC and most recently, a film and print campaign for Agent Provocateur featuring Monica Cruz.
