Laurence graduated from the Université de Gestion, Finance & Marketing of Paris and has spent most of her career working for Publicis.
She started as Account Manager at Success in 1981 (Publicis Groupe) working in different categories: retail, foods, luxury products and public services.
In 1998, she was nominated Worldwide Account Director for Carrefour.
When Publicis won the Sanofi-Synthelabo business (2003), she was nominated Worldwide Account Director for this new client. Her first challenge was to align all Sanofi-Synthélabo business (70 countries); then, in 2005, the integration of the Aventis business, after the merger of the two companies. She created the Publicis Sanofilab, a dedicated network for Sanofi. She manages the best holistic communication offer for Sanofi worldwide (Pharma, Consumer, Vaccines, Generics and Animal Health businesses).
She was the personal consultant to Maurice Lévy on the creation and expansion of the Publicis network in Asia Pacific.
She is very involved in the promotion of women's role in the economic and social debate, participating actively in the Women's Forum Global Meeting. In 2011, she created VivaWomen!, a women’s network supporting women on their personal and professional evolution within Publicis Groupe. She has been appointed Chairwoman.
She is very involved in "health issues“ through an association she has created organizing sport events and returning profits to medical research.
