As a senior Account Director I sit with senior management team and report directly to the Agency's CEO. My contribution is fundamental in shaping the future of my current agency.
Reporting to the CEO, the role of Senior Account Director means that I:
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 4 account director’s / managers;
- Build a positive team culture and drive the desire to grow our client base;
– Deliver campaigns - above & below the line, online & offline, promotions, incentives, loyalty and customer retention programs, POS, displays, merchandising, pack and shelf design, store design, sampling;
– Drive exceptional relationships with a range of clients across FMCG, manufacture, specialised events/ tourism, agricultural, and alcoholic beverage channels;
- I work closely with the CEO, creative and planning to drive the strategic direction of all projects;
- I construct and drive a new business plan targeting organic and new business opportunities:

I have a Business Management degree in Agribusiness and have undertaken a number of pertinent courses including more recently a number of Master units at the Gibaran, Australian Institute of Business Management.
