Background:
Born and raised in suburban Chicago in an Irish brood with three brothers and two sisters. Spent five years in L.A. before emigrating to New Zealand in 1981. In 1994, with wife Prue and daughter Lydia, he moved to Minneapolis.
Education:
? Fairleigh Dickenson University, New Jersey: Bachelor of Fine Arts

Work Experience:
Kevin has broad experience creating and producing print and television for a wide variety of multi- national and local overseas businesses. Before coming to RAA he held the position of Creative Director at the New Zealand office of Leo Burnett, and Senior Art Director at New Zealand offices of Lintas and McCann-Erickson.
Why Minneapolis?
"Of course the healthy creative ad community, the clean, not-too-big city, the lakes and the snow (yes, the snow!). Plus, I have an affinity for the area since my mum is from Detroit Lakes, where I spent many summer holidays."
Why RAA?
"RAA has skills that perfectly complement mine - and I like the people here." His goal is to use his creative and strategic skills "to not only grow our clients but also to grow the agency, which in a big agency is difficult-to-impossible."
Proudest Moments:
Receiving a Clio for a New Zealand Ministry of Transport television spot. Watching two separate projects for United Airlines (a poster and a TV commercial) get accepted for worldwide use. And at RAA, creating truly integrated campaigns for large and small clients.
Interests:
Wooden boats, Horatio Hornblower, golf, Stanley Kubrick films, personal art, vintage motorcycles, cooking, rugby, snooker, fixing things and travel.
