Marcia has over 25 years of advertising and marketing experience. She received her B.A. from Brown University in English Literature and went directly to Columbia University for an MBA. Upon graduation, she joined Young & Rubicam, where she the General Foods, Johnson & Johnson, Frito-Lay, Kodak and AT&T accounts. In 1987 she moved to S & H Citadel Inc., an incentive-marketing company, as VP of Marketing. Key clients there included Toshiba, Sony, Armstrong, Merisel and Pfizer. In 1996, Marcia joined Source Communications as SVP of Strategic Planning. She has provided marketing and branding strategic leadership for HP, Nikon, Jewish National Fund, ORT America, 1800flowers.com, Amtrak, and others, and spearheads the agency's marketing initiatives.
