With over 25 years of experience, Andrea has spent the majority of her career in New York, though her influence spans the globe. From 2011 to 2013, she served as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico, where she doubled the agency’s business in just two years while securing numerous international creative and business awards. She returned to New York in 2013 to lead Olay globally, assembling and managing teams across Asia, Europe, and North America. Under her leadership, Olay experienced a remarkable turnaround, achieving 20% growth after seven years of decline.

In 2016, Andrea was appointed CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York. During her five-year tenure, she successfully expanded and diversified the client base while revitalizing the agency’s creative reputation. In 2021, she took on the role of CEO at DDB Chicago, where she built a new leadership team, driving 35% growth and earning numerous creative and effectiveness awards.

Throughout her career, Andrea has excelled at building diverse, high-performing teams capable of delivering powerful creative solutions for complex business challenges.
