Previously an M&A Investment Banker, Harriet has been in the Marketing industry for over 10 years. She learnt her craft working on retail with B&Q and since then, she has gone on to work with Costa at Karmarama as well as Debenhams, Rimmel, Royal Caribbean International and J&J (leading the Calpol, Listerine, Sudafed and OTC medicine businesses) at JWT. Having studied in Singapore and worked in the USA, Harriet has a wealth of international experience across J&J, Royal Caribbean International, Rimmel, Costa Coffee and most notably running the global Dove account for the last four years. During this time she helped double the Dove India business. She is a champion of integration and creating topical talked about work and recognises the power of a distinctive brand world. Harriet joined Pablo in 2018 to head up the Account Management department as well as run NHSBT and Holland & Barrett, where she spearheaded the development of the Me.No.Pause campaign.

Responsible for managing delivery on high profile campaigns that have Global reach, often dealing with production budgets of £100k - £400k.
Competent in digital campaign delivery after managing Calpol's first foray into Social Media. The campaign saw Calpol build a community of 170,000 mums in less than 1 month – making it now the largest medicine brand on Facebook.
Other projects include a Listerine brand campaign which was awarded 3 Cannes Bronze Lions in 2011, plus several new product launches across J&J – encompassing TV, Outdoor, Press, Digital, POS.

Account Manager across Johnson & Johnson, Rimmel London and Wilkinson Sword. Experience includes overseeing the launch of Rimmel London Glam’Eyes Eye Shadows (a 360 degree campaign that spans TV, Press, POS and digital), London Fashion Week online campaign (a series of films produced and released within 12 hours during each day of LFW), various TV and print campaigns with Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Georgia Jagger and Kate Moss.
Main point of contact for European and UK clients across Benylin, Sudafed, Benadryl and Listerine. Recently managed NPD launch TVC campaigns across these brands for multiple markets.
