Gabriel Schmitt is the visionary behind some of marketing’s most beloved and purposeful campaigns. Under his leadership, “The Whopper Detour” became Burger King’s most successful promotion to date, earning three Grand Prix at the 2019 Cannes Lions, including the prestigious Titanium honor.

A Brazilian-born creative and the second most awarded creative director according to the Cannes Lions Global Creativity Report, Gabriel has crafted disruptive, award-winning work for brands such as Valspar and Contours Baby Stroller. His campaigns have garnered nearly every prestigious industry accolade and have been featured by major outlets like The New York Times, CNN, and Fast Company.

At FCB, Gabriel is transforming brand-building efforts for GSK while pursuing an Executive MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. Prior to joining FCB, he managed the BMW account at KBS.
