About me
John Minty joined VB&P in 2008 and has been a driving force of our growth ever since. Minty (as he's affectionately called) has been one of the best CFOs in the business, overseeing client and agency financials with precision and transparency, as well as the progressive value-based compensation model he introduced to many of our clients. In 2012 he was promoted to COO and now also oversees Production, including Lumberyard, VB&P's integrated content production facility. Minty is a member of VB&P’s Executive Management Team and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the agency. Perhaps most importantly, Minty is a passionate driver of VB&P's culture, consistently looking for ways to support our people and to enable innovative creative ideas. And identifying the right investments to do so. Not your average number-cruncher, but holds a BCom and CPA qualification just in case we ever need it.
