Tom Elliston

Managing Director at LOLA MullenLowe Madrid

About me

In 1998 I graduated with a 2.1 degree in graphic design. I was pumped up and energized about the career ahead of me. However, there was one small problem: I wasn't any good at graphic design. Back then my tools were either a pencil, a paintbrush or an airbrush so I was pretty clueless and a little skeptical when I was put in front of a Mac. So nearly two decades on, I find myself on the account management side, leading client business and relationships, pushing brands into new areas and using a Mac everyday. I am unashamedly what people might call an old school account man with a passion for building strong and dynamic client relationships through the delivery of outstanding work and results. I am driven by creativity and powerful ideas and consider myself very fortunate that I work in an environment with like minded individuals with this at the heart of everything we do. I am a Londoner from Camden Town, living in Madrid with a die hard affection for Crystal Palace Football Club, and more recently Atleti de Madrid.
