As SVP Executive Creative Director, R/GA San Francisco, Paulo leads the Creative team through the development of client projects ranging from product design to integrated campaigns. Prior to San Francisco, Paulo helped found and run R/GA São Paulo, a fast-growing shop that garnered every major creative award in Latin America.
With more than 18 years of experience working with brands such as Google, Nike, Samsung, MasterCard, Peugeot, PepsiCo, and Unilever, Paulo is a pioneer in digital marketing. Prior to joining R/GA in 2009, he helped implement and drive ModemMedia's operations in Brazil, an office that won numerous national Awards and was recognized as Brazil's Best Interactive Agency by Exame magazine in 2011.
After Modem Media, Paulo moved to the U.S., where he held senior creative roles at Publicis and Digitas. During this time, Paulo had the opportunity to lead more than 15 global product launches in more than 50 countries for LG Mobile; he also participated in major digital endeavors such as the design of delta.com, gm.com, and aol.com.
Paulo has an MBA from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and a BA in graphic design from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. When he is not at work, he can be found playing the drums or enticing his dog, Boris, to catch the drumstick.

Won several new business, established long-lasting relationships with clients such as MasterCard, TIM, Nike, Google, YouTube, Pepsi and Samsung and won every major award in Latin America including Wave, El Ojo, Effie, Clio and more.
Helped with new business across the U.S. region, helped the agency acquire its largest global account, LG electronics, and lead creative globally for the LG Mobile division.
