Leading a team of 80 people, Marco Versolato restructured processes and teams to ensure continuity to the convergent philosophy and to reinforce the creative DNA that defines the agency’s work. Among the great results achieved by him at DDB Brasil so far is the conquest of 11 lions at Cannes Festival in 2012 when the agency surpassed the mark of 100 lions.
Versolato collects awards from the most important advertising festivals around the world, including more than 30 lions at Cannes Festival, where he represented the country in 2010 as an Outdoor jury member.
Before joining DDB Brasil, where works for clients such as Itau Bank, InBev’s Guarana, Intel, Telefonica and Whirlpool, Versolato held the VP position at Lew’Lara/TBWA and Y&R.
