As of December 4th of this year, Suzie Nam assumed the role of CEO of US Creative at Publicis Groupe. In her previous position as CEO of Droga5 New York, Suzie Nam steered one of the advertising industry's most influential and awarded agencies, spearheading global client business initiatives. Over her 14-year tenure, Suzie ascended to the apex of the organization, playing a pivotal role in the agency's remarkable growth from a 35-person team in NYC to an industry-leading brand with over 500 employees in their flagship office and four global hubs supporting international clientele.
Her contributions have garnered recognition, with accolades such as being named an Innovator by The Ad Club in 2023, inclusion in the GoldHouse A100 List in 2022 and 2018, designation as an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow in 2020, and acknowledgment in the Adweek 50 in 2017.
Suzie's impact extends beyond organizational boundaries; she played a crucial role in designing systems and fostering a culture that led to groundbreaking ideas and the development of best-in-class talent. An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Suzie has consistently served as an executive leader championing these values across communities. Recently, she received the Impact Award from the Asian American Federation (AAF) and assumed the role of Chair of the ADCOLOR Board, the premier organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting professionals of color in the creative industries.
Suzie's distinguished career commenced in publishing, with a role at George magazine covering the presidential campaign trail. Subsequently, she served as Features Editor for The New York Times' inaugural online edition. After studying at the London School of Economics and practicing as an Urban Planner in England, Suzie returned to the United States, joining Fallon before becoming an integral part of Droga5 in 2009.
