Dutch photographer, music video director, and feature film director Anton Corbijn’s most recent project is the feature film ‘Life’ about James Dean and photographer Dennis Stock, which stars Robert Pattinson and Dane DeHaan. Corbijn is the creative director behind the visual output of Depeche Mode and U2, having handled the principal promotion and sleeve photography for both bands for almost 3 decades.
Some of his works include music videos for Depeche Mode’s ‘Enjoy the Silence’ U2’s ‘One’ and Nirvana’s ‘Heart-Shaped Box’, as well as the Ian Curtis biographical film ‘Control’ and George Clooney’s ‘The American’. Anton’s film ‘A Most Wanted Man’, based on John le Carré’s 2008 novel of the same name, and stars Philip Seymour Hoffman, Rachel McAdams and Willem Dafoe, was released last year.
Anton has just completed his first advertising campaign with Black Label for Miss Dior starring Natalie Portman, which is currently on air.
