Hello, I'm Fran. I'm mostly a brand strategist but also do a fair bit of creative strategy, content strategy, communications planning and general advice giving. I love the intellectual challenge of B2B marketing - understanding complex products, the long and winding customer journeys and multiple decision makers. There's more potential for impact in B2B marketing: very often our clients are world changing innovators and brilliant marketing helps them bring the future forward. Impact and intellectual stimulation are the two things that brought me to Gravity Global.
Previously I was at Edelman UK, where I led brand strategy across the Technology practice. My clients included Microsoft, Xbox, HP and Boston Consulting Group. Before that I was at Leo Burnett, working across FMCG, retail and charity accounts. One career highlight was helping the NSPCC to rebrand; moving the charity on from an authoritarian brand with harrowing communications to a galvanising brand that instilled optimism and belief. The new approach increased donations and brand affinity, and won many effectiveness and creativity awards - including an Effie.
Outside of work I love trail running, dragging two reluctant kids out on country walks and watching Stranger Things with my husband and cat.
