UNIT9 Films' Head of New Business and Representative for it's roster of 15 directors including, A Common Future, Cole Paviour, Simon Neal, WVLFCVB, Jonathan Pearson and Greg&Jacob.
Reporting and working alongside UNIT9's Creative Partner, I focus on developing new relationships within agencies, brands and record labels with the aim of raising UNIT9's director profiles and maintaining a successful business relation with our existing clients.
Through a vigorous approach to new business, my role allows me to feed our talent and ensure we deliver quality content across all specialist sectors of UNIT9.
Working as a key creative on each of UNIT9's in house video productions, I created, conceptualised and directed all video case studies across each of the divisions within UNIT9. Scripting and storyboarding each production, I used a wide range of influences to build in narratives which supported and explained the workings of each production completed by UNIT9. In addition to this role, I created video content for award winning entries for brands including Google, Nissan, Disney, Fendi, Channel 4 and Arcade Fire.
Led and drove the Marketing department of UNIT9, a multi-award winning and internationally acclaimed creative hybrid production company.
Responsibilities entailed the management of three in-house video editors and two cinematographers, while creating and overseeing the development of all promotional content including the company website, social networks, newsletters, case studies, press releases, events and award entries. Working closely with a huge network of integrated Producers, tracking the progress of up to 15 projects at a time, in order to promote the work as effectively as possible.
I was a key contributor to the restructuring of the marketing team, creating an in house editorial division consisting of copywriters, researchers and in addition, I built a growing network of press contacts aimed to raise the profile of all UNIT9's promotional content for brands such as Arcade Fire, Adidas, Nissan, Wrigley's, Fendi and more.
Worked as a part of a small marketing team, researching competitors and growing markets throughout film and digital media. As part of my role I produced all web content and aided with working briefs, building narrative structure and assisting on creative direction. Worked directly with the sales team to produce press releases and presentation decks and maintained the companies social media channels, generating nearly 150% growth in online followers.
