Lars Hemming is Chief Commercial Officer of VICE Media and Chief Executive Officer of the youth media brand’s agency group, VIRTUE Worldwide.


Formerly the Executive Vice President of Special Projects for VICE EMEA, Hemming now oversees VICE’s agency services on a global scale, and is spearheading the rapid growth of the company’s already expansive portfolio of new and legacy clients – which includes Anheuser-Busch InBev, GE, Coca-Cola, Intel and other leading brands.


Prior to joining VICE in 2013, Hemming held global leadership roles at top agencies, including Chief Creative Officer & Partner at Story Worldwide and Co-Founder & Executive Creative Director at Large Design. He has led countless high-profile programs for the likes of Coca-Cola, Clinique, LEGO, Agent Provocateur and Canon, and is currently a Fellow and Course Director at The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
