Communicating with the Ad Agency, giving daily feedback to the Client on the progress of the show
Shooting on Location, organizing crew, contestants and extras
Being involved in the post-production process, communicating daily delivery to client and channel.
Overseeing that the program gets delivered up to standard.
Assistant Producer
Different tasks within the company including general office administration, organizing of flights, accommodation and transport for our editors/ clients, nationally and internationally.
Excellent telephone and client liaison with clients.
Doing all music searches for our offline edits from several music databases.
Taking minutes at meetings, making sure that we understand what the client expects of us.
Being involved in the approval process, attending to the agency and client.
Working out production schedules and booking in the shoot dates, transfer of the rushes, off-line and online editing, flame or nitris for touch ups, grading, final mix, copies and deliveries.
Assisting the Executive Producer and Editors in all other post production tasks.
