Sigrún Gylfadóttir

Sigrún has a BA in Graphic Design from the Iceland Academy of the Arts and over 20 years’ experience in advertising. Before founding Kontor Reykjavik in 2014, she spent 18 years as a partner and art director at one of Iceland’s largest and most established agencies. Sigrún’s creative output for some of Iceland’s most important companies has been honoured with many nominations and awards. Her newly established agency, Kontor Reykjavík, has already picked up 16 nominations and 4 awards. For the last five years, Sigrún has been an active board member of the Icelandic Association of Graphic Designers & Illustrators. She has judged at the ÍMARK and FÍT festivals.
