Marta leads LifeStyles Healthcare’s global marketing & innovation team. Her role is to drive business growth through the development of the company’s brand portfolio and the in market execution, to unlock the brands’ potential and enhance profitability, online and in retail across the world, while building a strong marketing culture and team.
Creating and growing global brands and teams has been Marta’s passion and work for the past 23 years. She started her career on the agency side in McCann Erickson, as part of the global client team for Unilever, and after a brief tenure at Microsoft Advertising as Creative Solution Specialist, she joined LifeStyles Healthcare (then Ansell) in 2010. Her task was to optimise the company’s consumer brand portfolio and create its first global brand, SKYN®, which today is a leading sexual wellness brand and the world’s n.1 non-latex condom brand.
Curious and always ready for the challenge, she built brands across different geographies and categories, while working with cross-functional teams located all around the world and moving her home around Europe. Her love for and understanding of different cultures has made her a true advocate for embracing diversity, inclusion, flexibility and respect, in the business context and beyond.
