About me
As Chief Talent Officer at 360i, Tiffany oversees recruitment, professional development and human resources across agency offices, while building and shaping 360i’s culture and reputation as a top place to work. She’s a visionary and strategic HR practitioner with extensive executive-level experience in human resource management and deep commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Prior to 360i, Tiffany was the EVP of Talent at Publicis Media, where she created the talent architecture and development programs for Zenith and Moxie. She has a solid background in international and domestic human resource management as well as policy, procedure, recruiting, strategic planning, legal compliance and global compensation. In 2016, Tiffany received the Cynopsis Media Top HR Corporate Visionary Award. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hampton University in Virginia.
