Kylie Green is a marketer, entrepreneur, supporter of women in business, networking champion, mentor, charity worker and solo mother of one. She has a career which has spanned over 30 years to date in entrepreneurial, marketing and senior management roles.
Kylie has recently joined specialist agency Kimberlin Education as Managing Director in February 2018 after spending almost a year in a Senior Manager contract role with Comm Bank's Women in Focus team.
Prior to this Kylie was with Dentsu Aegis Network as Managing Director – Activations for Australia and New Zealand for almost 4 years as Managing Director of ApolloNation activations businesses in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland as well as Synergy Brand Experience in NZ. In 2016, she steered the agencies to merge and rebrand as MKTG.
Prior to joining the Dentsu Aegis Network, Kylie was Head of Marketing for Business Chicks, Australia's largest network for women and was also a marketing consultant and mentor to several clients and individuals under her own brand The Oven Communications.
At 29 years of age, after several years of working in advertising and BTL marketing agencies, she founded Kaleidoscope Marketing and sold it in 2005 to The Photon Group of Companies where she she held the position of CEO till mid 2010. From 2010 through to 2012, she founded and ran two businesses The Oven and Adland Jobs, took some time out to start a family, joined the Board of Directors for Layne Beachley's Aim for the Stars Foundation and worked as an industry mentor to several industry business owners in BTL marketing, creative services and PR.
