Faryal believes in changing problematic narratives using the power of storytelling. An accidental career pivot landed her a creative role at BBDO, and the rest as they say, was the 'future'. In a short span of 4 years, she's a Fulbright alum from Northwestern Medill, co-founded Solo: a travel app, and is one of the youngest award-winning Associate Creative Directors in Pakistan. Her work spans across several brand portfolios including PepsiCo, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser among others and has been recognized at International Award shows such as Spikes Asia, Dubai Lynx, MENA Cristals and Effies. She has recently featured on LBBonline’s Uprising series, Pitch Fanzine's 100 Superwomen, Branding in Asia’s One Under 30, Young Creative Council’s BadassGal and has served on the Grand Jury for New York Festivals Advertising Awards. Her strength lies in creating digitally powered, culturally relevant stories fueled by empathy and compassion. She is currently the lead creative for the digital wing at BBDO, which has been a hotbed of marketing activity, in the midst of a global pandemic.
