About me
Hi, my name is Francisco Salas but everyone knows me as Pancho.
I born and based in Costa Rica. My career started in 2016 when I had my first great opportunity to work as a copywriter. I worked in agencies like Leo Burnett, Ogilvy Costa Rica, Orson Costa Rica, Garnier BBDO and I’m currently working at Papa con Sal as a Senior Creative.
During my career, I have learned a lot from my superiors and develop my skills as a Creative, working with famous brands such as McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, Philip Morris Caribbean & Costa Rica, New Balance, Pozuelo, ampm, MarViva, LALA, Vindi and Claro.
Working for those clients I had the chance to grow professionally, learn about the digital world and create awesome ideas that helped achieve their goals on the marketing strategies.
And all that hard work and love for creativity has been honored with some awards in Effie awards and volcán festival in Costa Rica. Also I had the opportunity to participate in the Young Lions competition and I got the gold award in the category of cyber.
I’m a person who loves to learn new things, always hungry to expand my knowledge and get out of my comfort zone, so I have some Google and Facebook certifications and I’m always looking for trends and challenges that help me grow.
