About me
Debora Magnavacca is a woman, a mother, a teacher, a leader, someone who, also thanks to her degree in psychology, has been able to inspire, support and motivate people, creative agencies and clients in the advertising business for more than two decades. As a matter of fact, the Italian audiovisual community recognizes Debora as a tireless and efficient role model, someone who shows an incredible devotion to Mercurio Cinematografica, the production company she became partner of in 2018. She is a great mentor and she constantly tries to enhance, adjust, and align the motives of her team with the overall strategy of Mercurio. Debora is always in pursuit of challenges, helming as executive producer a countless number of productions - from traditional to digital contents - creating longstanding and successful relationships with her creative agencies and clients. Besides her core business, Debora is also a teacher at IED (Europe Institute of Design), fostering her students' passion for the creative industries.
