Parme has a career of over 19 years in advertising, previously working at M&C Saatchi Group since the agency's inception, helping to assemble the creative team and shape the agency's personality.

Today Parme is 100% focused in digital and social media and one of the creative leaders in this innovative industry.
Parme has also attended and won almost every major trophy at advertising festivals around the world, including: Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, One Show Interactive, Fepi, Lusos, El Ojo, Wave Festival and CCSP.
Parme is also Joaquim's father, Amanda's husband, fights Jiu-Jitsu, is an eye photographer, surfer and skateboarder, and volunteers at the Art of Living.
