Oklahoma is where she's from, Los Angeles is where she's based. New York was home for most of her twenties, while DC and Thailand also played major roles. Noelle is a dedicated mother to Jeremy, her rescued poo-huahua. She doesn't drink coffee, has an affinity for odd numbers, and often battles her entrepreneurial spirit. Fresh off the fashion industry, she began her advertising career at Ogilvy. Many years of corporate-climbing took her from coordinator to manager, which led her to awards. She then traded teams for an Omnicom Group -where she directed awards for the most award-winning ad agency in the world, BBDO. She's now Global Director of Creative Awards for 72andSunny. Creative excellence shows became her passion, because she loves celebrating work that drives the future forward for good, work that's weird and different, or simply genius. She manages shows like Cannes, Clios, SXSW, and Emmy's, and has worked on accounts such as Instagram, IBM, IKEA, United Nations, Sandy Hook Promise, Meta and Mars.
