About me

What is the biggest difference between having a great experience and feeling let down?

As our needs evolve, we expect the organizations we come into contact with will also evolve to best meet those needs (and even those you didn’t know you have!). I work with clients to interpret those needs into transformational experiences and work with our teams to bring these experiences to life ensuring our clients remain relevant amidst rapid disruption (both for the disruptors and the disrupted).

I bring more than 20 years of experience driving strategic digital initiatives across Accenture’s businesses. In my current role, I lead a team that works across industries to address the ever-evolving human experience needs of organizations – both external customers/clients/consumers and internal employees. Our goals are to align strategy and operational efficiencies to serve that human in a way that improves their overall lifetime satisfaction and in turn, value.

In addition to my client responsibilities, I am focused on attracting and cultivating our talent and very active in maximizing our diversity every single day.

Outside of work you can find me exploring the hiking trails and sunset views with my 17 month old mini-me - whether close to home or in far off destinations.
