What I do: Through Accenture, I work with many of the largest global companies to drive value added change. This change often impacts their customers, employees, shareholders and communities in alignment with growth, financial and cultural goals. The tactical focus can be customer experience, digital channels, supply chain, platforms and infrastructure, marketing and sales as well as back-office functions. Over the past 30+ years, I have worked with senior leaders at leading organizations across multiple industries focused in NA, Europe, APAC and LATAM.
Experiences: My experiences have come from many roles, from leading large accounts, portfolios, global practices and significant P&Ls. My work has included the comprehensive digital transformation of physical experiences at a global theme park company, combining regional content distribution organizations into one global network, building a new content streaming platform and launching multiple brands, taking a multi-industry, global, conglomerate on a comprehensive cloud journey, re-defining the omni-channel customer experience of one of the largest telecommunications companies and optimizing the marketing outcomes for the customers of a leading advertising network.
Outside of work: My family is my passion. You will often find us traveling, skiing, hiking, watching live music, reading, going to movies or at the beach.
