Prior to Booking.com, she was the Director of Global Marketing at Zalando, where she drove the brand's growth across key channels and implemented a groundbreaking influencer strategy. Her career includes pivotal roles at Diageo and Unilever, orchestrating high-impact campaigns and collaborations. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of Cape Town.
