In the charming town of Niagara, my journey into the world of marketing began. From a young age, I was captivated by the art of storytelling and the power of digital communication. My passion led me to Niagara College, where I graduated at the top of my class and earned a spot on the President’s Honor Roll.
Eager to dive into the marketing world, I volunteered my time with local firms, determined to learn and make my mark. My dedication paid off when, in 2017, a prestigious Madison Avenue firm in Manhattan caught wind of my skills and invited me for an interview.
Even though the allure of the bustling city was tempting, I was committed to keeping my roots in Niagara. Fortunately, the firm agreed to a remote working arrangement. I joined them on a sunlit weekend in June 2017, and through hard work and creativity, I rose to become the Senior Director of Digital Marketing by 2019. This role allowed me to lead top projects and build a network of clients and professionals across North America.
My belief in the remote business model and a desire to create something uniquely my own inspired me to take a bold step. In 2020, I founded Sublyme Digital—a name that pays homage to my favorite band, Sublime. Under my leadership, the agency has thrived, working with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, local businesses, bands, attorneys, authors, entrepreneurs, and even XTECH Football Pads, a dream client given my love for football.
Every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to turn clients into friends. Outside of work, I find joy in traveling with my incredible wife and discovering new reggae bands like The Movement, Joe Samba, and The Elevators. These experiences fuel my creativity and passion, enriching both my personal and professional journey.
My story is a testament to the power of dedication, creativity, and the belief that remote work can connect and inspire people across distances. I look forward to the chapters yet to come, leaving a lasting impact on the world of digital marketing.
