Alan Calderón is one of the most awarded Bolivian creatives in his country’s history, with over 15 years of experience across various Latin American markets. He has worked in Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, and Costa Rica at renowned agencies such as JWT, DDB, McCann, Wunderman Thompson, and currently serves as Chief Creative Officer at Brandy in Costa Rica.
Throughout his career, Alan has earned more than 180 awards from some of the world’s most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, Epica Awards, London International Awards (LIA), Clio, El Sol, New York Festivals, Tambuli Awards, Ad Stars, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Effie Latin America, Effie Costa Rica, Effie Peru, White Square, Open TV Awards, FEPI, FIAP, WINA, Luum Awards, and many others.
Alan has also served as a jury member for multiple international festivals, including New York Festivals, FEPI, TOTEM, WINA, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, Ad Stars, Effie Awards (Latin America, Costa Rica, and Peru), White Square, Luum Awards, and more.
In 2022, Alan was recognized as the 3rd best creative director in the world in the WINA Festival ranking of independent agencies.
Beyond his achievements in advertising, Alan is a professor at the Escuela Superior de Creativos Publicitarios and a sought-after speaker at various international events.
