Victoria is Uruguayan, a Web Designer, and Graphic Designer graduated from ORT University. She currently works as a Sr. Marketing Lead at the technology company Hikko. With 9 years of professional experience in the industry of communication, digital marketing and advertising, she has worked in companies such as Vix (TelevisaUnivision) and Ogilvy Uruguay (Grupo Punto), leading the digital strategy and communication of brands such as Scotiabank, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Renner, Disco Group, Antel, FNC (AB InBev), Fidocar Group and Bimbo Group. She has won awards in advertising campaigns with the Ogilvy team in Uruguayan festivals such as Desachate, Campana de Oro, Effies Uruguay and IAB Mixx Uruguay.
In recent years, she has been trained in Social Media Strategist (Senpai Academy), Art Direction (Brother Montevideo), Advertising Creativity (Escuela Carne) and the Creative Direction Program (Miami Ad School Buenos Aires). Since 2021 she has been giving webinars and teaching classes at Senpai Academy on Digital Marketing and is co-founder of the Círculo de Creativas de Uruguay, a space for the visibility, support, and growth of creative women in the advertising industry.
