Kirk Souder joined GMMB, part of the Fleishman-Hillard division of the Omnicom Group, as partner and executive creative director, a new post. He will be based initially in Los Angeles and later move to Washington. Mr. Souder had most recently been a creative consultant at his own Los Angeles company, Granite Pass, and before that held senior posts at Ground Zero, Los Angeles, and Publicis & Hal Riney, San Francisco, part of the Publicis Groupe.
