A recognized industry innovator and award-winning creative, Suzana has vast experience working with top brands including Coca-Cola, Fiat, Google, Red Bull, Unilever, Pampers, Converse.
Over the past decade, Suzana has had a significant impact on the digital landscape of the Brazilian and international market.
She began her advertising career as a copywriter in Rio de Janeiro at one of Brazil’s pioneering digital agencies. While there, she took part in the creation of “My City”, one of the first global web-art exhibitions.
In 2000, she moved to Sao Paulo and worked as Creative Director at some of the largest and most respected digital agencies in the world, including AgenciaClick and JWT. In 2005, she took on the challenge of infusing Africa (a large, traditional agency) with digital culture and creative excellence. Two years later, the agency won second place in the “Interactive Agency of the Year” category at the Cannes Festival.
Following these successes, Suzana became a partner and CCO of Hello Interactive, an agency owned by the Brazilian ABC Group . In 2010, Suzana moved to New York to work as ECD of StrawberryFrog. She then went to Anomaly where she spent two years leading innovation projects and digital campaigns for clients such as Converse, AMEX, P&G and Marriott (Renaissance Hotels).
In parallel to her advertising work, Suzana belongs to a collective in Brazil called “Asas da Imaginação”, which is a group of twelve people from countries around the world, who collaborate both virtually and physically to bring to life special projects of arts and culture.
Suzana won 19 international awards including Cyber Lions at Cannes Festivals, pencils at One Show Interactive and a Grand Prix at the London International Awards.
Served as a juror at top advertising shows such as Cannes Lions, One Show Interactive, Andy Awards, D&AD, Webby Awards, Effies, Fiap.
