Steve launched Partners Andrews Aldridge in 1998 and has helped build an agency that has won the highest creative accolades in the industry; including DMA Grand Prix and numerous Campaign, D&AD, DMA and PM awards.
He is a frequent judge for the industry awards, and is passionate about excellence in creativity. Having sold his agency to Engine in 2008, Steve was appointed joint executive creative director of the Group in January 2010, where he oversees work for brands including Santander and Rolls-Royce.
