Lisa has built award-winning creative and production departments, reinvented brands and transformed agencies. Her work has been recognized with numerous International awards including a Gold Cannes Media Lion, Silver Cannes Outdoor Lion, Bronze Cannes Design Lion, multiple Cannes Film Lions, One Show Pencils, CLIO awards, Effie awards and a D&AD Yellow Pencil.
In 2015, Lisa joined TM Advertising as Chief Creative Officer. Her clients include Universal Orlando Resort, Community Coffee, Taco Bueno, Equinor, Texas Rangers, Japan Airlines and Riviana Foods. Prior to joining TM, Lisa was the North American Creative Lead for DDB Worldwide. Previously, she spent 10 years as Managing Partner and Chief Creative Officer of the agency's San Francisco office. Before joining DDB, she was Executive Creative Director at Leo Burnett and served as Global Creative Director on both Heinz and Delta Airlines.
Throughout her career, Lisa has had oversight to the creative product across a broad range of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Airlines, Entertainment and Technology. Her clients have included iconic global brands such as McDonald's, The Walt Disney Company, Coca-Cola, The Clorox Company, ConAgra Foods, ESPN International, McAfee and Intel.
Lisa has served on two Cannes Film Lions juries, two CLIO juries and Executive Juries for One Show, New York Festivals, Effie Awards, Communication Arts and D&AD. Business Insider named her one of the Top 10 Most Creative Women in Advertising and Ad Age recognized her as one of 21 to Watch in the 21st Century.
