I set up and led the business development function for the flagship UK office of this global brand activation agency. This covered writing the Go To Market strategy and marketing calendar, appointing a new PR agency partner, leveraging thought leadership through an events & PR program, developing and managing intermediary relationships, writing all PQQ and RFI submissions, pitch management, and working as a member of the Business Leadership Team to set the strategic direction for the agency for the next 5 years.
