About me

After winning a national photography competition in high school, Dave Arnold took the advice of his art teacher and headed to the School of Visual Arts in New York City. Within the school’s prestigious graphic design/advertising department, Dave created work that was recognized by The One Club, CMYK, Graphis and The Art Directors Club. After graduating, Dave worked at DeVito/Verdi, and Mad Dogs & Englishmen.


In 2000 Dave joined Euro RSCG where he worked for clients such as Volvo, New Balance, Evian, Intel, Partnership for a Drug-Free America and, in 2006, the launch of Howard Stern on Sirius Satellite Radio. In 2007 Dave was made creative director on Clearasil after developing their new campaign, *Clearasil May Cause Confidence. In 2008, Auditorium from that campaign won a Cannes Lion. In 2009 his Most Interesting Man work for Dos Equis was recognized with a Titanium & Integrated Lion. Later on that year Dave was the art director on The Atlantic, Think. Again. campaign which won the gold Effie.


In 2012 Dave became the Executive Creative Director of Pereira & O'Dell NY.


When not playing ping-pong, Dave can be found back at School of Visual Arts where he has been teaching an advertising class since 2004.
