Since joining FCB Mexico in 2015, she has risen through the ranks, becoming Chief Creative Officer in 2019. Her leadership during the pandemic proved transformative, spearheading two major client wins—BMW Group for Mexico and Latin America in 2020 and Little Caesars regionally in 2021—doubling the agency’s staff by over 200%. Over the past three years, Ana has been instrumental in securing 30 out of 40 competitive pitches.
Her career spans stints at top agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, and BBDO, where she honed her creative and strategic expertise.
Ana has served as a jury member at prestigious regional and international festivals such as Effie Latam, The Immortal Awards, The One Show, FIAP, D&AD, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Clio Awards, Gerety Awards, and Cannes Lions, among others.
