Born, raised and educated in Hamburg, Valentin Ostwald started studying media- and communication science at the Alpen-Adria University in Klagenfurt (Austria) and at the University of Tasmania (Australia).
After finishing his studies, he moved back to Hamburg starting his career working for different “atl” and “btl” agencies before he came to cherrypicker January 2018. As a consultant he manages all kind of projects in the field of agency management, most of them selection processes. He also plays an active role in voluntary work at the Marketing Club Hamburg.
When he is not busy dealing with the agency markets, he supports FC. St. Pauli football club, playing football in hobby teams or updates himself in different music genres for his DJ jobs. He likes to be outside, loves seeing new places around the world and is always interested in networking.
